When BiggerPockets membership numbers are larger than lots of small cities, you know there are loads of investors chasing any good deal out there right now.

And, I could argue for the IRA to not hold title to property... only control it and reap the profits, using loads, options, etc.

If you find a good title company they could be worth their weight in gold.

This website is great Ive already got 6 contacts of other investors willing to help me out with loads of information.

So what would have been better buy a cash flow home for 21k or 21k down and make a few hundred a month or make 10X in 3 years.. if in fact this company has done that and they bought at the right time they are going to make a boat load of money.congrats on being involved.  

I have loads of ideas, but I am in sore need of a JV partner, to help me on my way.
