Hey BP, I am a new member from Kenai, Alaska I have been interested in real estate investing for about 10 years and in 2012 I flipped my first property. It was hard and stressful and took a year to sell. But I learned a lot and I am excited to get back into the real estate game. My Philosophy on real estate investing has changed over time and I am currently seeking all advice and mentorship that I can obtain. I am excited to be apart of BP and look forward to getting to know and learn from all.
