According to the "Section 8 Bible" authors, a Section 8 rehab should be a bare minimum rehab just to pass inspection. If I rent to a regular tenant, then I would put a little more money into the rehab to make the place look nicer.Does anyone have any experience with Section 8 in Jurupa Valley, or do you know how I can find out the supply of Section 8 tenants in the area?

Once A company reaches it's market determined size (for whatever good or service they supply) the next way to "grow profits" is to cut expenses.

It's a bad idea to run water supply pipes within exterior walls, just for the reason in this post - pipes can freeze.

However, if it has been vacant for months and another prospect might not come along for a while, you might want to give her a chance, maybe with a cosigner.I also agree with the above poster though that if she has recently gotten hired and can supply a letter of acceptance, it wouldn't be as big of a risk, and then the only question becomes if you'll accept the $50 less.
