For those of you who have seen several cycles of the market like Mike Reese ("Rich"). What happens to the value of the dollar when interest rates start to rise? What would happen to Gold prices in this situation? Is it possible for real estate also to rise at the same time as interest rates. We are sort of seeing that right now.

Gold has performed very well in a low interest rate environment from 2001 - 2013, what happens when this reverses.... does gold prices continue to rise to fall?

This has been the longest stretch that gold has recovered above the 2011 april high in the 1900s. We are at about $1570 now.

Is there anyone in biggerpockets who is actually bullish on the U.S dollar? Is there even one person who is bullish on the U.S. Dollar? Please present your case.
