Copper Stripped from Walls leading to AC
Just to preface this I am still new to real estate investing. I walked through a couple REOs today with a buddy and one of them had a good amount of copper stripped from the garage (hole in drywall) leading to the condenser outside.
Out of curiosity how expensive of a fix is this, is the outside AC condenser trashed now or can it be fixed with some rerouted copper tubing?
Also if it can be fixed whats the cost associated with this
Thanks
