* Installation of reinforcing steel continues along Area’s A and B of the Terminal Building

Tenants claimed the appliances didn't work well, and they bought all new stainless steel appliances for the house.

Additionally, new faucets (low end builder grade), and all plumbing 'from the copper' (new 1/4 angle shut off valves and steel lined supply lines).

@Eric Michaels @Ryan Steele Part of the problem might of been the way he worded it.

The house now has additional sq footage and a full bath that are not on reflected in public records.I don't want to put a band-aid on a gunshot wound, but any and everything could be wrong with this addition and the unknown has me paralyzed at this point.

They already have my HUD and recorded deed from my A-B and are saying they still want the release.

Earlier this year I put on a stone coated steel roof for $28,000 and had it repainted/wood rot siding repaired for $3,600With the $75k repairs it would be worth approx $300k on the low end and $325 on the high end. 

What are the criteria of B and/or C+ neighborhoods in your opinion?

These are generally not up to code and will fail FHA/VA/USDA appraisals, and possibly others.The reason is that the permanent steel lally columns are filled with cement. 

Has anyone figured out why after 3-4 months tenant a, b and c has HVAC filters that look 100 years old and completely clogged but tenant d’s filter looks brand new?
