Pick a solid B-Class suburban area.

(left to right in the house, front to back in the living).My theory here is to go with a very similar looking floor (color and finish wise) for this living room, however instead of having to install unfinished wood and then pay for finishing, I would like to go with a different floor that can be a simple install and done.

I just had a very big interest in the Baltimore market as my first property and if I could pick your brain with anything about the local area at all could help very much.

There shouldn't be any environmental flags as its only a pick-up/drop-off dry cleaners.

IMO pick an area, get to know it better than even the real estate agents. 

Look up their phone and addresses on the free skip trace sites.Keep calling everyone associated to them until you get through.Its a numbers game but picking up the phone is not as hard as you might think once you get the ball rolling.Good Luck

Depend on your loan scenario if there is saving in long term by paying single premium you should pick that option.
