@Derek Kamei

Welcome to BP!  I traveled to Hawaii last summer and loved it!  We stayed in Honolulu and Maui, I understand why you wouldn't want to invest close to home.

Here are a couple of turn key companies I am familiar with, but I have not used them myself:
Mid-South Homebuyers- they are frequently discussed on The Real Estate Guys Radio Show.  They are based in Memphis Tennessee.

NORADA Real Estate- They function more like a broker for turn key providers and are based in a number of different markets around the country.

Alpine Capital Solutions- They are based in four markets around the US.  As far as I am aware they only allow investors to purchase properties all cash, they do not allow for bank financed purchases.  I have met the owner before and they have a tremendous reputation.

These are just three that I am familiar with, there are plenty more out there, just make sure you do your research before deciding to invest with anyone.
