I read a while about about a couple of guys that used to work for Goldman that have started investing in mobile home parks.  

Looking at offering on an inherited park with potential owner carry-back- details include:*Lot rent only, no property owner mobiles*Current NOI of $650/month (8 mobiles)*All utilities covered by tenants including city sewer and water (separate taps)*Additional 8 sites empty; according to regulations, can have up to 40 spaces.

FB mobile placements are pretty inexpensive compared to some of the other placement options.

I was wondering if there's a market for renting this land to folks who want to park their mobile home on it?
