How to wholesale land to a home builder

Hello, I reside in the DFW area in Texas, I contracted a lot that has potential value for a house to be built on. My cash buyers are not really interested because they mainly pick single family houses. With that said, I think a home building company like kb homes would be best for them to pick up the property. How will I contact them & who or what department do I speak to?

Thank you,

Brook

In a subdivision with other new construction? Contact active builders in the subdivision. Or an infill lot? I'd look all over the neighborhood for current construction projects and stop into talk to the builders. Look at MLS for new builds to see who is active in the area.

I build  on infill lots and have purchased from wholesalers.
