Recently, the tenants started complaining of loud noises in the walls and air ducts, stuff being knocked off counters, and chew marks throughout the kitchen. 

I can't throw a rock without finding a closing attorney, but a good Real Estate attorney is difficult to find, and those that are great move to the commercial arena quickly.

But for quality of life - it is a loud, dense, busy, dirty, smelly place to live and the people are definitely very separated by class of society they are in.

So even though we kind of fell into the RE business, we're rocking it!

Tampa tolerates vrbo because of their agreement on tax collection with AirBnb, unless otherwise restricted by HOA or other such PD management; other cities have areas where it's allowed (Indian Rocks Beach, sections of barrier reef cities).
