I love the food and atmosphere at brew garden!

Here is some food for thought, for you to consider and investigate. 

I have also been giving him food money and trying to employ him cleaning as the prior tenant had a dog and did not use a clean cloth in over 10 yrs so we are scrubbing everything down so hopefully the paint will stick.

Its not a B&B either, they usually have shorter stays and food service.

If you cannot pass a Section 8 inspection, then consider where you are on the food chain.

The columns that are highlighted are where I entered my assumptions.  

Bugs,rats etc develop a habitat due to a suitable environment and sources of food, not location.

Any plants that block the view should either be removed or tiered into the walkway to further highlight the way to the door and the sidewalk should be as wide as possible.  

Good design, not too much text, and the highlighted area showcases the message clearly.
