Plotting When I would hit my Freedom Number Feedback

Hi All,

I wanted to plot out what age I would hit my freedom number. If you have another calculator that plots it please share lol. I am not an excel guru so the excel worksheet I created is very basic. The columns that are highlighted are where I entered my assumptions.  I wanted to get some feedback if I am doing this the right way. Also, if you would make any adjustments. If good enough, I am hoping to share with others.

Number of houses until Freedom Calculator

Note

-The calculator assumes I need $15,400 before I can purchase a rental.

-It does not factor inflation but I am assuming the initial cost to acquire the rental will go up at the same rate as the monthly profit at a 1:1 ratio.

Thanks again for your help and reading
