New investor from Cleveland Ohio
Hello,
My name is Jedidiah Tropkoff. I'm closing on my first rental property and I'm very excited! I joined this site to learn as much knowledge I can retain! I'm always open to advice in any aspects, if you have any quick tips or information regarding helpful land lording tips, how I can find tenants, and also screen them. I'm also looking to find a hard money lender and or owner financing properties I can take off distressed sellers hands, and/or people that don't want the headaches!
