There were a lot of developers and investors in Tampa who had a high soiled underwear percentage during the last recession.

They reached out here on BP and eventually joined up on this project - the best way to get something you want is to find someone who has it, then make yourself useful. 

If you're not sure where to start, you may also consider hiring a mold testing company...they will test and help you develop a plan based on the test results.Hope this helps!
