Hello Everyone!

Super happy to be here. I've recently came across this resource (BiggerPockets) and made it throuhg "The Ultimate Beginners Guide" PDF this weekend. I like what I read and now I am hungry for more!

I am a 28 year old male from southern California (Orange County) and  looking to start my journey in real estate investing. The niches I want to focus on are single and multi-family homes. I am leaning more towards the buy & hold strategy. I'd ultimately like to make $600-$1,000 per month in cash-flow.

Since housing tends to be pretty expensive in my area, I don't know if I want to focus on buying properties here (as a beginner), or expand to long-distance investing.

Some suggestions / advice here would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned, I am brand new to all of this! My goal is here to get involved as much as possible, and start developing my network.

I look forward to digesting more information, and meeting all of you.

If any of you are in my area, please reach out and lets talk and connect!

Thanks!
