I am not a developer , But down the street from one of my properties is a town house development .

So I’d like to get some different insights and perspectives from experienced developers on things that I need to focus on and not overlook during the GC selection and later development process.

I'd love to know why the dirt is worth 450k and how many units you can put on it from a development perspective. to get those answers we entitled a lot and our economics in Columbus Ohio are about 15k per door that you can get for apartments the land is worth.
