Mobile homes are a little different and require specific expertise to do things in the most efficient and cost effective manner. 

@Fili Aguirre a more efficient use of your time, and money, would be to take a week or two vacation there, and meet with people that you'll need to accomplish your goal.

While I can rely on one guy to do everything, it’s not the most efficient way to get things done.
