I've learned SOOOO much through the forums and podcasts but still have one burning question.

@Brian Wendroff, some agents will not expend much energy if they know you are working with other agents.Some agents require you to sign a form stating they get paid when you buy a house - if you use them or not.

•Make sure you're offering a deal that won't burn the other investor...There are ALOT of little things, but educate yourself EXTENSIVELY, but DONT get stuck in "analysis paralysis" .don't buy into the fake guru programs/ the get rich quick schemes.

No freaking way I'm gonna be on the hook, especially if we are talking about Duke Energy. 

You're in a really great place to learn from some seasoned investors and I'm positive you'll be able to find answers to almost all of your burning questions in the forums.

Know this, anticipate it, and don’t give all your energy and availability away for free unless it actually provides ROI.2.

So, if you are one of these reddit investors and want to see Wall Street burn, take your money out and invest on Main Street. 

Newer washers and dryers are more energy-efficient and can save you money on your utilities than the old units.
