Working with many real estate agents to buy a rental

Bigger Pocket Pros, I hope everyone is well. I started looking for rental property in Orlando, FL. I wanted to ask if it is worth it to have around 3 or 4 real estate agents looking for me for a good investment property versus one. The one we have has set us up for MRIS but has not made a recommendation yet in the 6 months we have been looking. We are usually asking him about properties. Another item I was thinking if we are using the right agent. I heard there are buyer's agents and sellers agents, both, etc. Is there a special agent or experience you suggest when searching for a rental investment property and a real estate agent? Thank you in advance.

Hi @Brian Wendroff

Just for fun I looked in the MLS (not even tapping in to my fsbos, wholesalers etc) and in Orlando at least a 3/2 SFH or Townhouse under 200K there are 311 listings lol...this is just Orlando zips...not even tapped in to outlying areas like Maitland, Kissimmee, Altamonte etc. Of course this needs to be weeded through as some need way more than 10K of repairs.
