Transferring Utility Bills and Water Bills in Florida

Hello everyone,

I currently live in a property I purchased earlier this year with utility & water/sewer billing currently under my name. I intend on renting my home this coming August to a potential tenant. I can't seem to determine whether to leave the existing bills in my name & have the tenant pay them or have the new tenant put new service contracts in their own name. The indecisiveness stems from me wanting to streamline the transition process and simplify the rental agreement process as much as possible for all parties involved. If anybody can comment on the best course of action please feel free.

Thank you in advance.
