Marie Poe the pay off amount of $90K is what the seller advises me I just got the pay off information on Friday from the title company that the actual amount is $85K...I have a buyer at $87.5K so I offered the owners the $85K and was willing to go up to $87K and just take $500 for myself to get it done.
