Hello BP colleagues. I have been educating myself about real estate investing for some months now and feel confident and ready to begin my path of pursuing my first deal. I am a fourth generation Riverview, FL resident, although i just recently moved here from growing up in the Midwest (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Omaha, NE are a some spots I've called home. I am a person who loves learning new things and connecting with new people. I live in the eastern Tampa Bay Area but am willing and able to travel all around the area and down to Sarasota (and farther if needed) for meetings and connections. I look forward to connecting with those of you locally who feel like sharing knowledge and even working together to help strengthen this area.

Mehran Kamari thank you! I am still definitely in the stages of learning, I just know that If I do not take action I will be stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. I went to my first REIA meeting last night. It was very insightful. Thanks for the suggestion Tadd Hale .
