It would appear that having adequate liability insurance coverage makes the limited liability features of the LLC superfluous, at least in my state and for a SMLLC.Just how i see it.

Some of the strategies I use are: * Post everyday by using multiple e-mail account * Use Postlets to make a nice clean appearance, have the info saved for easy reposting, and it's more search-able * I alwasy list the area in the title.

It's a no-win for the agent and appears to be a total waste of the agent's time and resources to entertain you.Come back with a proof of funds, and I promise any decent agent will start paying real attention to you.I say it again, because it is worth repeating - looking at property... even THINKING about property without a proof of funds is a waste of your time and everyone else's time.
