I agree with your point that successful people overcome the obstacle, but when you are being judged on your appearance, the struggle is twice as hard. 

However, it looks like ghosting on walls takes time to appear.

It would appear that having adequate liability insurance coverage makes the limited liability features of the LLC superfluous, at least in my state and for a SMLLC.Just how i see it.

Those notes MUST appear on the HUD-1 for the transaction or you and the buyers are committing loan fraud.

It's amazing what a few details can do for the overall appearance.

Some of the strategies I use are: * Post everyday by using multiple e-mail account * Use Postlets to make a nice clean appearance, have the info saved for easy reposting, and it's more search-able * I alwasy list the area in the title.

They prepare tax returns, appear for clients during audits, intercede in collections issues, set up installment plans and offer compromises to the IRS.

It's a no-win for the agent and appears to be a total waste of the agent's time and resources to entertain you.Come back with a proof of funds, and I promise any decent agent will start paying real attention to you.I say it again, because it is worth repeating - looking at property... even THINKING about property without a proof of funds is a waste of your time and everyone else's time.
