Check this out!

I was recently introduced to Craig from Craigslist and we spoke about an upcoming interview we're doing together (You won't want to miss that btw) and I started following him on Twitter, I just checked his stream and saw him @ BofA's 'official' twitter help or whatever.

Their Twitter name is @BofA_Help because I guess @BofA is taken? who knows.

Anyways, their online bio says:

Bio: We are official Bank of America Twitter reps, here to help, listen & learn from our customers. Tweet with Bank of America reps 8-8 ET Mon-Fri and 9-1 ET on Sat

Their link they provide is: http://social.bankofamerica.com/twitter/

So, if you're not on Twitter now, maybe you will want to, start getting some response from them maybe instead of the crap we're all used to  I've already sent them a message. It does appear they're responding to @ messages so we'll see if it helps any.

While you're at it, follow me @motiv8td
