My family and I are wondering what exactly the etiquette is when working with an agent and trying to find an off market deal.

There is a single family house in my market that I got an email about it being in bankruptcy.

Some brokers only concentrate in condos, others only do multi-family.

I have a property that I would like to change from a SFR to a Multi-family in an R-8 zone.

Not flipping right away, some family members might live there for a few years, but want to update and make it inviting and made me think of houses that are rehabbed and flipped.

Some of my favorite area codes are 27107 and 27127. 27127 is a big area code so you really need to study it to make sure it’s not a problem area. 27107 is the outskirts of Winston Salem where you will find more houses in neighborhood/family type of areas.
