Hey BP Community,

I have a question here for the mortgage lenders. I'm currently cold calling many mortgage lenders in my area (Chicago) to try and connect and hopefully have them has referral partners. Just to be informed what are the best type of referrals mortgage lenders look for or want? Are there specific type of investors that are easier to work with? Do any lenders have a specific bread and butter type of clients they seek?

This is a more complicated question. I guess it would depend on what the lender can offer and their loan specialty.

It will also depend on the type of loan, technically lenders cannot discriminate when taking a loan application.

There is not a specific type of client that all lenders desire since every one has a different credit box. I would approach it as, which lenders can help my clients?
