I'm watching the playoff games today, and it seems every few minutes there's a VRBO commercial....They aren't mentioning AirBnB by name but they show a couple staying in a trailer where nothing works and then a couple staying in a really nice house with an outdoor rain shower, BBQ, pool , etc.....And the wording underneath says - 'Private Residence'.

DSCR loan was like 11%, HELOC was like 9-10% , not that much different.In general refi is better than HELOC but who wants to do HELOC is our main mortgage is 3%, correct.Having said, comparing HELOC vs DSCR loan, DSCR seems "slightly" better than HELOC as it's not tied to primary's.
