McKeesport and McKees Rocks are named after two different McKees who were probably not related.

Running numbers for investors/clients that have purchased in the Austin MSA as well as two rental properties I personally picked up in the last 30 days in Austin and Round Rock illustrate that it is possible.

Long story short, I am wondering if it is more important to find a rock star realtor that has been in the game for a while and has a lot of sales under their belt, or do I go with an agent that is also an investor in the area and knows the rules but doesn't have many sales under their belt?

@Seth Hutson Hi Seth, I’m looking at a few locations... not too specific but North Little Rock, Conway and Fort Smith look to be decent cities with good price to rent ratios.
