I believe for job relocation, etc.

They are doing a good job of training, but I want to find a book, site, forum, etc that covers the mechanics of all the paperwork from listing to closing.

Only about 5 months ago a got a good job instead of part time construction jobs so I'm just now able to start saving money. 

I have spoken to them both about overall investment into my business but, as much as they saw the upside, didn't have the time away form their jobs to see how their money is being used and to help keep track.

I'm newish to Houston and looking to shift my investments from appreciation plays (4 or less units) to Mom and Pop Multi-Units that could use improvement.

I understand the upside in real estate and I also understand the treadmill of my corporate job which will not achieve what I need in the time I need it.

You have a solid job it appears and use that to buy a duplex and get into investing.  

We've done 3 deals total, but just 1 in Ohio (the house in which we currently live and are improving for future rent.)Would love to chat with other central Ohio investors and real estate community members.
