Novice investor in Westerville and Delaware Ohio

My family and I are finally back in Ohio! We're looking for single family or multi family deals in central Ohio college towns like Westerville, Delaware, Granville, Gambier, Yellow Springs and Ashland. We've done 3 deals total, but just 1 in Ohio (the house in which we currently live and are improving for future rent.)
