you've got a master degree in data analysis which is in super high demand with great pay, why do you want to start a job in real estate?

It's like a white belt in karate trying to put moves on a 6th degree black belt.

That said, as a parent, your job is also to point out that they "don't have a rich Dad", just you and that even if they take a self employment route, a college education and degree will do well beers for them.

While their income may indicate they live below the poverty line, college students are not in poverty nor do they have a degree....yet

Going to school to get a data analytics degree and learn some python and sql to learn how to do it myself.
