Unfortunately, Kansas has some pretty strict law's against offering what would normally be public information in other states. For example, ListSource.com is not allowed to list kansas home owner's information. Considering that websites like ListSource are such a viable source for leads in other states, I'm interested to know what other investors are doing in Kansas (specifically Johnson County) to find leads electronically? What sites and methods do you guys use?

@Trevonne Parker it’s been a trip so far for sure.  I didn’t like the amount of time it took me to search through records myself to try and find those which would be good prospects.  I’ve gone the route of getting my RE license to find properties and research retail ones which meet cash flow criteria.  However, I am still interested in using webscraping and database analysis to find hidden diamonds in the rough.  Going to school to get a data analytics degree and learn some python and sql to learn how to do it myself.  Otherwise I am just plugging along picking up properties when I can.

You should reach out to @Shane H., he is in the Topeka area and a great guy to sit down and talk to.
