Article came out on MSN this morning and I'm wondering how much stock/value investors place in this list. Do these lists sway people's moving behavior or are they reporting trends that are likely already passed?

@Steve Vaughan Memphis has its challenges. However, its a beautiful place to raise a family. My wife and I choose to call it home, and a lot of very positive growth is underway! St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is currently expanding their campus with a $1 Billion dollar addition, and FedEx is expanding the airport... If you would ever like a tour, I'd be happy to oblige.
