New here interested in buying rental properties

Hello everyone! I'm Osa, I am interested in investing in rental properties preferably multifamily. I am a recent college graduate with a Business degree. First step was to secure a Job/Career and now to plan/act for the future. I have taken advantage of the 401K match program (6%) but I tuck away 10%. I have about 38K in student loans and 10K on my car. I am currently working to pay these off my monthly payments are not too bad at all. My credit score is in the green. I am not yet ready to buy, as I do not have enough funds for a down payment. (I'm sure you guys will give me some ideas on what to look into, as well creative ways around this, and I can't wait to hear them) I am located in the Southern California market which is expensive but doable, I will have to look around for deals and things that make sense like properties out in the dessert etc. I am looking for some advice, and pointers on where to find some resources and where to start. I will scour the forums and read all that I can. Again my goals are to buy and rent, I need to read more on the BRRR and a few more strategies in buying rentals. I am a rookie all the way but a driven young person who won't easily scare. Thanks for taking the time, can't wait to interact with you guys and learn from you all.
