I’m not sure how long you have been on bigger pockets but there is a ton of information in the forums.

There are usually lectures that can help you be informed about various topics in real estate, and if you introduce yourself and ask others about their investing, you might meet the person that can help you out as well.One other thing, listen to the podcasts here on Bigger Pockets: they can give you a lot of information as well, and are super entertaining.Lastly, be sure to stay active in the forums: it's a great way to learn and to connect with others!

Hello Breah,I am fairly new to real estate as well (started around July 2017) but I will share with you what I have done so far that may be beneficial to you:Before you acquire any property, spend some time reading a lot of articles and forum posts to get a grasp on the different ways you can make money in real estate.

I'm new to the forum and a fairly new investor.
