Hi everyone, My name is Brian and I am new to the forums. I have been listening to the podcast for quite some time. Thank you all for the education you have provided me. I plan to buy and hold my first investment property in the next year. I plan to use the 70% ARV rule and am looking for any advice people can give me. Should I be working with a wholesaler? If so does anyone know of a reliable wholesaler in the Atlanta area? I will be able to make a cash offer from a HELOC I have pulled on my primary residence. I plan on refinancing afterwards so any good lenders in the area would be nice to know of as well. Any advice you can provide me would be much appreciated. Thank you to everyone for your help!
