Also I think the climate change argument is BS, we have Alberta oil companies using inefficient practices generating a lot more pollution.Also on global scale as much as we can possibly pollute is really nothing, we have such an extensive amount of vegetation our carbon footprint as a country is easily a positive one in relation to our relatively low population.

you end up after a few with a list of contacts who you can use the collective knowledge on to everyones gain.With regard to legal advice, i'm sadly unqualified.....I have heard of people leafleting, putting postcards up in shop windows etc with success and even bandit boarding.

Collecting paystubs and W2s seem pretty reasonable but then there are other requests that leave you scratching your head.My recent favorite is "we need a witten explanation how you have bought so many houses with it signed and dated at the botrom"Share your most rediculous underwriter requests.

It does allow a larger renter pool and more money to the bottom line, but it is hit and miss on if the pets do more damage than additional income collected.
