Hi To All, my name is Lawrence Johnson and I'm completely new to blogging so please bear with me.. I'm an experienced mortgage banker ( I cover the entire island of Puerto Rico and its extensions of Vieques and Culebra, as well as the state of Florida) married to a beautiful woman from this island that after 8 glorious years in Colorado convinced me to take the leap and give life a shot on this beautiful island paradise. I've been here close to 2 years now and have and have found that lending here is quite comparable to the US......but without the hustle and bustle of the good ole "rat race".  I'm here to help anyone that has always thought about acquiring real estate here but doesn't quite know where to start. and /or does't have a capital to invest in doing so.  I also have a love of travel in general and have been all over the world so I love to share and hear stories about this as well. I'm the quintessential family man so you may see something on occasion about my kids as well.. Thank you for welcoming in to your family!!
