There are some investors looking to sell multiple properties (mainly duplexes) in package deals so they can cash out and retire.I have not seen the insides of the homes yet, so I am not sure how much rehab exactly would be needed, if any.

@Lana McDonald the manufacturer’s specs for shingle roofs that I’ve encountered call for a minimum pitch of 4:12, or occasionally 3:12 with additional prep.

If parking area is a problem paint lines.Security cameras are an option if you have complaints of say package theft. 

If you are looking to sell as a package it would have to, in most cases, make sense for the buyer as well.

better area with rents in the 850 range but listing says you have to buy as a package. any insights into that area of huntsville?
