Investment Properties Durham NC

Linda W.
Posted

I am strongly considering selling over half of my real estate investment portfolio in Durham NC.  My issue with selling is that the properties are grouped together in a jumbo loan with interested parties unable to fund large deals.   Where is the best place to market properties such as this?

There's more than one way to sell your portfolio. It all depends on what your needs are. If you are looking to sell as a package it would have to, in most cases, make sense for the buyer as well.

You could look to sell them in the marketplace as Mahmoud expressed earlier, market the properties to a specific target audience online using FB or Google Ads, find a company to assist you with selling off the properties (calling different brokerages in the area), sell them to a hedge fund if you're able to find one (google and call), or attend your local REIA and present the portfolio there.

I wouldn't say there is a best way, but I can assure you there is a way. Hope this helps.
