It's older and more established so homes are a bit cheaper (around 120K or so) The block nearest to 10th street had an apartment building that had a lot of crime in it but I lived down the street a few blocks and never had a single issue.

Hey gang ~ I'm still looking for good, solid ways to establish a value on a property without spending $300-$400 on an appraisal (which I've found to be as wildly inaccurate as Zillow's zestimates or eppraisal or any of the other online valuation sites!!).

It's clean, wears extremely well, and is easy to or down.

Tell the tenant to establish service with the phone company, and then let their own techs come assess the situation and install a new phone port as needed.
