New investor from NY interested in the Orlando Market.
Hello Everyone,
I am a new investor from long island NY and very eager to pursue my dream of real estate investing. I was initially hoping to invest here on long Island but after some thorough research have come to the conclusion that to have a positive cash flow I would have to purchase properties for section 8 in undesirable areas. This is not ideal for me. Upon further analysis I have heard some good things about the Orlando market. I love to visit orlando and typically visit about 1-2 times a year. If anyone has input or knowledge of the Orlando Market any feedback would be much appreciated. I am looking for SFR for buy and hold with positive cash flow (prefer 300+/mth). My price range is 100k-200k per property. I will be in Orlando for 2 weeks in April and was going to try and take a couple of days to look at properties. Thank you all and look forward to establishing great relationships in the near future.
