If you haven't already read them I would suggest Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki.

I know it’s not a get rich quick.

I’ve read Millionaire Next Door, Rich Dad Poor Dad, the Richest Man in Babylon.

I’ve read most of the Rich Dad books, How to Invest With No Money, BRRRR, Finding and Funding and Best Ever Apartment Syndication books.

Thank you He's going to need to call on his doctor buddies, his employer, his rich uncle, or the Bank of Ritu Desai.Now that Wall Street has divested from non-qm, and hard money loans can charge double digit rates again along with multiple points, to that investor putting 30% down (and b/c it's an investor rather than an owner occupant, the foreclosure laws are a lot more lax), I don't believe this doctor will find that there is a market for this any longer. 

In addition to networking, I suggest you to build up your knowledge base by reading Robert Kiyosaki and the Rich Dad series.
