The buyer is very much interested in purchasing a $950K home in the Northern Virginia area. They are seeking private investors for financing. He is a physician with great income, a 5% downpayment, and had filed bankruptcy about 8 months back.
Open to any interest rate to secure a loan. Any help or recommendation is truly appreciated. Thank you

Bankruptcy less than a year ago, only 5% down payment, wants to buy a million dollar home and is willing to pay ANY interest rate.  What could possibly go wrong?

Come to think of it, I recently got an email from a Nigerian prince who needs some help moving some funds.  Maybe I could put the two of them in touch?
