Do I need to have a realestate license to be real estate investor
Hey y’all. New here and new to the idea of investing. I’m saving up to invest but not quite to where I need to be to start. In the mean while, what should I be doing to ready myself for when I have enough money? I’ve read Millionaire Next Door, Rich Dad Poor Dad, the Richest Man in Babylon. I thought about taking a class at a local college in Fort Lauderdale that is a basic class for stocks, bonds, and investing. Is there anything else I can be doing to learn more? Do I need to have my real estate license to be a realestate investor? Thanks so much for your time.
