I think it would be especially helpful if you are planning on looking for private money.  

I don't think there are any restrictions yet because its a huge rental area especially in the summer, I'm planning on looking into that.

I am working on looking into them, so I can start of the New Year on the right path!

Ali, I do plan on looking in Chino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands area primarily for single family residences and possibly multifamily as well.John I greatly appreciate the advice about estimating cost of repairs.

Hi @Daniel Palma,I just finished aggregating a bunch of data for markets all over the us and I think I've settled on looking further into the Indianapolis and Huston metro areas.

I have in the past offered last month's rent free in an effort to get a tenant, but that tenant then moved on looking for the next deal.

I plan on looking into that before my next turnover.
