Good afternoon everyone! I want to formally introduce myself. I have this information on my profile, but I am excited to meet everyone and absorb as much information as possible. I am a former Marine, and currently working as a Financial Advisor. I have always had an interest in Real Estate, as well as helping people with investments and planning. I was born and raised in the Orange County, CA area and currently live in the Inland Empire.

As far as my goals with Real Estate, I am surrounding myself with as many professionals and mentors as possible. My initial plan is to acquire half a dozen rental properties (buy and hold) to generate positive cash flow. Within 2 years I plan to transition to buying distressed properties via foreclosures, and REO's. If anybody has any advice or guidance I am very coachable.
