It costs about $100 -- I would say your paying for the ease of use. Just wanted to get any opinions/ reviews if anyone has used this spreadsheet. -Jim

Anyone who knows me knows that I very rarely endorse any paid products -- this is one of my rare exceptions.  I highly recommend the product.  I actually had started creating something similar, but Dave beat me to the punch (by about two years)...when I realized that pretty much all I'd be doing was replicating what he built, I decided to just recommend his product instead...  :-)
