I live in Garden Grove, CA and work at Disneyland fulltime.

The tenant wants to turn the property into an event space, beer garden, and food hall business.My concern/question is, with all this corona virus, do you think the prices of commercial real estate will go down significantly?

Next to that i have a second plan which is renting out the summerhouse in the garden.

Planting gardens moveing his daughter cutting down trees that storms took out months on end and hauling off on our money and our vehaul. 

I'd been thinking about doing some gardening at home.

@Yvonne ShuiHi Yvonne,I own 3 Buildings in Bed-Stuy, All 3 Family, 2 are Brownstones and 1 is a brick building.The one closest to where you are buying is probably going to be on Hancock and Thompkins or on Greene Ave and Throop.I think the most important thing about buying in Bed-Stuy right now is to make sure you get a professional tenant with high income and high savings to weather the Coronavirus Storm.Last Month, one of my tenants at the Greene Ave/Throop location gave me notice as she closed her Williamsburg restaurant and needed to leave, moving in with her bf.Her apt is a Garden Apt, Large 1 Bedroom with a Laundry in Unit.I decided to get a quick renter that has been qualified and I advertised the apt for only $2,500 per month.

Paint a red border around the garden and post giant "DANGER Keep Out" signs, then have the tenant sign a statement acknowledging they are aware of the potential danger.People can and will sue for just about anything.

What kinds of challenges can I expect once receiving MF zoning for some raw land on busy strip in developing a 32 unit or so garden apartment complex?
